Job Title: Relationship Managers / Assistant Relationship Managers (RM/ARM) for MSME Banking Division
The above grades/positions will be offered to deserving candidates depending on experience and competencies.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Business Graduate in any Discipline.
- Minimum 1 to 5 years of Banking Experience in related field in reputed Banks/FIs.
- Responsible for making direct calls/visits to valued customers for selling loans, deposits and other MSME banking products/services through building up a long term relationship with them.
- Achieve monthly sales target of various kinds of MSME products and product mixes.
- Monitor clients and maintain healthy asset portfolio.
- Maintain relationships and represent the Bank with clients to ensure continuation of business relationship.
- Work as a part of the Relationship management team in order to identify prospects and coordinate within the teams to deliver on those needs.
- Prepare loan proposal and collect necessary documents of the enterprise. Analysis of financial status (Profit and loss A/c, Balance sheet, etc) to evaluate the credit worthiness of the borrower.
Positions : Collections Officers / Managers for MSME Banking Division.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Business Graduate in any Discipline.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of Banking Experience in related field in reputed Banks/FIs.
- Involve in extensive field visit for debt collection purpose of MSME assets.
- Controlling forward flows rates and ensure maximum backward flow in terms of No. of A/Cs & amount along with maximize overdue collections.
- Communicating with the customer over phone & physical visit to ensure the best effort for Delinquency & NPL management.
- Lead the respective Collection Team, if assigned & ensure maximum efficiency and productivity of team.
- Meet the set monthly individual target/goal and/or that of the assigned team.
- Efficient usage of MS Office software (Excel, Word, Access, Power point etc).
