Job Title: Branch Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attract and develop new deposit and investment business and highly committed to customer services. 
  • To achieve targets in terms of building assets and liabilities also capitalize on cross-sell opportunities. 
  • Ensure the good relationship with potential customers for sales opportunities. 
  • Have open channels of communication & maintain high levels of motivation among staffs. 
  • To be responsible for the branch security management and coordinating with Administration as and when required. 
  • To ensure compliance with Group & local directives for preventing Money Laundering.
Educational Qualifications and Experience :
  • Masters/ MBA/ MBM from a reputed university. 
  • For experience candidate educational requirements may be flexible. 
  • At least 20 years banking experience including 8 years as Branch Manager & 5 years as Operations Manager.
Job Title: Regional Manager 

Job Responsibilities:


  • Develops new deposit and investment business; provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual, branch and region goals through new business, referrals and retention of account relationships. 
  • Provides leadership, training and supervision day to day operations to Branch Managers and or other branch personnel. 
  • Provides supports as well as liaise with Head Office and Branches.

Educational Qualifications and Experience :
  • Masters/ MBA/ MBM from a reputed university. 
  • For experience candidate educational requirements may be flexible. 
  • At least 20 years banking experience including 8 years as Branch Manager & 5 years as Operations Manager.
Job Requirements:
  • Must have strong knowledge in banking Management, banking operations and Business development.
  • Working experience in any Shariah based bank shall be considered as added qualification.
  • Adequate knowledge about the products & services of financial market.
  • Well conversant in English and good computer knowledge is desirable.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
